These SMS Terms govern text-message communications between you and Clean Living Homes LLC ("Clean Living Homes," "we," or "us"). By providing your mobile number on our booking form, by texting us first, or by checking an SMS-consent box, you agree to these terms.
1. Program description
Clean Living Homes uses text messaging to communicate with customers and prospective customers about cleaning services. Messages may include:
- Transactional / service messages: booking confirmations, appointment reminders, cleaner-arrival notices, schedule changes, payment confirmations, post-service follow-ups, and direct responses to your questions.
- Promotional messages *(only if you opt in)*: special offers, seasonal promotions, and service announcements.
2. How you opt in
You agree to receive text messages from Clean Living Homes when you do any of the following:
- Provide your mobile phone number on our online booking form, intake form, or quote request
- Text our business line (+1-727-491-2856) first
- Check an SMS-consent checkbox on our website
- Give verbal consent during a phone call
By doing any of the above, you confirm that you are the subscriber of the phone number you provide or that you have authority to consent on behalf of the subscriber.
3. Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your account activity and bookings. Customers with active recurring service typically receive 2–8 messages per booking cycle.
4. Carrier rates
Message and data rates may apply. Clean Living Homes does not charge you for text messages, but your mobile carrier may charge you for receiving or sending messages depending on your plan. Contact your carrier for details.
5. How to opt out (STOP)
You can opt out of marketing messages at any time by replying STOP to any text from us. After you reply STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and you will not receive further marketing messages.
Important: Opting out of marketing does not automatically terminate transactional messages necessary to deliver a service you have requested (e.g., a confirmation for a booking you already scheduled). If you want to stop *all* texts from us, including transactional ones, email support@cleanlivinghomes.com and we will remove your number from all messaging.
To re-subscribe after opting out, reply START or contact us.

7. Supported carriers
This program is compatible with major U.S. carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, US Cellular, Sprint, MetroPCS, Cricket, Boost, and Google Voice. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
8. Privacy
We do not sell or share your phone number, message content, or consent records with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We share your phone number only with the service providers needed to deliver the messages and operate the business, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent records collected for the purpose of text messaging will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date above. Continued use of our text-messaging service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
