Will a move-out clean help me get my deposit back?
We clean to the standard landlords actually check: inside the oven, fridge, and cabinets, scrubbed bathrooms, floors, baseboards, and switch plates. Nobody can promise what a landlord decides, but the cleaning side of the checklist gets done thoroughly.
Does the home need to be empty?
Empty or nearly empty works best — it lets us reach inside cabinets, behind where furniture sat, and every floor edge. We can schedule around your movers so the clean lands right after the truck leaves.
When should I book?
As soon as you have a closing or lease-end date. We schedule backward from your deadline, and most homes take 4–6 hours.
