Deep Cleaning

The clean our customers talk about most.

Deep cleaning is the service CLH reviews mention more than any other — and what most first-time clients book. It covers everything a standard clean does, plus the built-up grime and detail work underneath.

What's included in a deep clean

Every deep clean covers the full standard checklist — plus the detail layer underneath. See the complete room-by-room checklist (PDF).

Everything in a standard clean

  • All rooms dusted — fans, fixtures, sills, shelves
  • Floors swept, mopped & vacuumed
  • Kitchen counters, stove tops & inside of microwave
  • Bathrooms: shower, tub, toilet & sink
  • Trash removed, mirrors cleaned, beds made

Added detail work

  • Hand-detailed baseboards throughout
  • Interior windowpanes & blinds cleaned
  • Walls cleaned & spot-checked

Kitchen & bathroom extras

  • Tile & grout cleaning in bathrooms
  • Kitchen hood vents degreased

Available add-ons

  • Inside refrigerator
  • Inside oven
  • Inside cabinets & drawers
  • Laundry, dishes & organization

Who it's for

A deep clean is the right call in more situations than most people expect.

Starting fresh

First-time clients setting a new baseline before recurring service begins. A deep clean gives your cleaner a proper starting point — and gets the whole house back to baseline.

The catch-up

After a long trip, a busy season, or a major life event. When the home has gotten behind and a standard clean won't be enough to catch it up.

Pre/post event

Getting ready for guests, a real estate listing, or a big occasion. When the home needs to look its best and a surface clean won't cut it.

Every deep clean is quoted to your home.

Size, condition, and any add-ons shape the price. Call for an exact quote in under 60 seconds.

Most clients start here, then save on recurring.

Most clients start with a deep clean, then move to biweekly recurring at a lower per-clean rate. Ask us about bundling.

Deep cleaning questions

How often should I get a deep clean?

Most clients do one before starting recurring service, then as needed — after a busy season, before hosting, or whenever the detail areas have slipped past what a standard visit maintains.

Do you clean inside the oven and fridge?

On deep cleans those are add-ons, priced flat at booking. (On move-out cleans they're included, since the home is empty.)

How is deep cleaning priced?

By the home, not a flat menu — bedrooms, bathrooms, square footage, and how far things have gotten. Call (727) 491-2856 and we'll quote your exact home in about a minute.
